To ensure the request is made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your identification document with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Social Security number (BSN) for your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
