We have been active in the plastic recycling industry for over 40 years. Our machines and installations deliver maximum efficiency through continuous development. Made from stainless steel and using high-quality components, our installations are highly durable, low-maintenance, and wear-resistant. All machines and installations are designed, developed, and manufactured in-house.
1. Concept
Based on your application regarding material composition, desired end product, and final capacity, the initial parameters are determined.
Based on this data, the design is optimized for the most suitable process.
The design is supported by a quote and (3D) drawings.
2. Realization
Our experienced professionals, in consultation with you, translate the design into high-quality machines and production lines.
Once the machines/installation is ready, it is assembled in our factory for a test run and approval before being delivered.
3. Service
MOS keeps almost all wear parts in stock, so we can quickly supply spare parts. We only deliver original parts with a warranty.
